MEET MARTHA
Hi, my name is Martha, and I am the Digital Literacy Trainer at the Kingsville Public Library. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education with ten years of teaching experience, and I love helping people on their learning journey! I'm a third-generation library employee, who fully understands that the library is the heart of the community. I'm also a life-long library patron and volunteered as a student library aide at Edgewood Senior High School from my sophomore year until graduation.
I am here to provide support to help you with all of your digital literacy needs using computers, mobile devices, or craft machines. Whether you need help troubleshooting your device, filling out an online job application, accessing your audio or eBooks, or want to use our Maker Space, come and see me! My goal is to provide programming for all areas of technology at Kingsville Public Library, including using our patron computers, the Makerspace, and the items to borrow on the Maker Space shelves.
I enjoy a multitude of activities in my free time including camping, crafting, playing board games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Martha offers one-on-one technology help by phone or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred. You may make an appointment by calling 440-224-0239, or by emailing pctech@kingsvillelibrary.org. This service is made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the State Library of Ohio with the award of the Guiding Ohio Online Grant.
