How many items can I request?

You may request up to 10 items per day.

When can I pick up my items?

In-House Materials Requested by Phone or Email will be available approximately 30 minutes after they are ordered. This allows time for staff to locate, bag, check out and notify you that your order is ready.
If an order is placed within 30 minutes of the Library's closing time, the materials will be ready the next business day.

Holds Placed Through the CLEVNET Online Catalog will be available the next business day. There is no guaranteed pick up date or time for materials placed on hold from other CLEVNET libraries in Ashtabula County.  You will be contacted by the CLEVNET automated system when the items are available for pick up.
