The Kingsville Public Library is excited to announce a Cricut Project class. A beginner instructional class, “Creating 3-D Greeting Cards” will be on January 29th from 5:30-7:00pm. The Cricut is a die-cutting machine that writes, scores and cuts designs into many materials including: paper, vinyl, fabric, craft foam, sticker paper, faux leather, to make a variety of crafts. The library recently added a Cricut Explore Air 2 to their Makerspace area for patron use. The class will demonstrate the basics functions of the Cricut and how it can be used to create custom t-shirts, personalized gifts, customized home décor, greeting cards, and so much more! Participants will make a 3D greeting card to take home.
The program is free and supplies will be provided by the library. Pre-registration is required. Please call (440)224-0239 or visit the library to sign up. www.kingsvillelibrary.org
